The acquisitions by DPLS have not closed yet. As of now, there are only Letters of Intent to take control. As disclosed in the 8K, the "Effective Date" was June 8. By the way, I was mistaken in the original post. August 6 was incorrect. August 8 is the termination date. >>

The LOIs terminate sixty days from the Effective Date. Closing is contingent upon customary due diligence and the execution of definitive agreements.
