And What's 13d's plan to exceed those possibilites?

And VERY IMPORTANTLY 13d members might actually need some "background understanding" which takes time and a significant committment of effort to integrate into THEIR personal knowledge base.

Perhaps we can "put the world "on hold" while 13d tries to figure out what the hell is going on...maybe a year or two if they're fast learners...or they'll be totally dependent upon others for the data on which to base their weighty decisions.

They might be great people, but other than looking marvelously "business-like", all dressed up in those group photos - what do they bring to the table that we really need?

Let's get on with moving CytoDn Forward and not waste excessive time on the 13d distraction. 7+ % has to go a long way to get to 50+%.
