Ok but how does NASDAQ change the listing standards on a whim? Are they not regulated and required to apply the standards equally?
This is where I’m hung up. A team of advisors didn’t see it coming, yet it came. If never before seen, couldn’t legal action be taken to argue the listing requirements are not being applied equally and consistently?
What quasi governmental body is involved with listing standard and requirements in the US? I can see where stuff might pop up in Vietnam but how does that impact US governmental bodies?
