Knux, you may very well be correct that the shares will ultimately get sold at $2 per your due diligence (frankly, I defer to and accept your conclusions on this matter), and this should bode will for IQST over the very long term. I hope, for the sake of you and the other longs here, you are accurate with your assessment.
But for now, the headlines and history of getting fleeced at 10 cents through the back door presents an overhang of risk for many that if there's a chance the Company can sell shares at 50 cents they will do it in scale and not think twice about it.
This is what happens when you burn the trust quotient with certain shareholders. They assume the worst whether based in fact or otherwise.
