This calendar year, SPRV's lowest price was 0.007, but it's held that a few times that it has come close. If it breaks into the 0.006's, then I think this may be breaking down. Not really a great chart analysis, but just an observation based on the price movement in the past. This price seems to be a bottom, and if it holds it may be okay, but if it doesn't...
On the news front, I believe the prediction was for news on the new buildings to happen this week. If those buildings will be acquired, it should happen this week more or less. Though I could see it happening a little later, if it happens. Of course, the question about the number of shares they will have to issue to acquire 4 buildings is a significant question.
