The reason they went from the stop sign to pink current overnight is because they are an SEC filer and their filings are audited, and so the OTC does not need to verify the correct documents past the SEC accepting them.
VITX does not file with the SEC, but they have access to their platform to upload the remaining files as soon as they would like. The OTC does not review beforehand, they get posted immediately once Alois has them in hand and clicks the upload button. Then the OTC will need 3 Ish days to confirm they uploaded the correct documents to be pink current. But they do not audit, review, or verify any of that actual info that is in the filings to make sure they are accurate.
