That is why these kind of actions aren't typically mentioned prematurely.... unless it is being done to generate interest to support/pump share price.

And before anyone comes back with jive about it's a good thing Mexus is being transparent, I'll remind you they weren't transparent about the events regarding thier JV with Mar Mar.

Don't kid yourself. Any mention in PRs about a partnership or JV, while likely based on an actual conversations, are done more so to keep share price up. And, as these message boards prove, is a strategy that works to keep investors on the hook.
