I am sorry to hear that you are losing money here. We all have to wait and see if the CAFC will take this case. Hopefully they do.
It could still be a winner. If the CAFC does not accept the appeal, then this rests solely on Thom to turn it around. I don't know him and are not sure what his plans are. However, by all accounts he is a resourceful guy.
It seems he is very much into the marijuana plays at the moment. I believe he sees an opportunity in this sector as public sentiment and the political landscape have both changed, regarding marijuana. Especially, after covid and lockdowns, local governments will be seeking ways to increase tax revenues and close their budget shortfalls and they may see marijuana as the avenue to accomplish that.
The general public has accepted medical marijuana and now seems to be trending toward recreational marijuana. The door has been pushed open for this activity and will likely swing open further.
Thom seems to be involved in several marijuana plays and had success in spinning off MRMD. He will likely seize upon this oppprtunity to keep WDDD afloat. If the appeal is denied, then this is possibly the route he may go to save many of the investors here, as well as his friends and himself from deep financial losses on this investment. If they choose to go this route, it would have nothing to do with the patents going forward.
All of this is my opinion. There are a few posters here that seem to have inside information but I am not one of them. All we can do is wait and see how this works out. Good luck to you.
