NOTE 5 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
Effective July 1, 2021, Daily Success Development Limited converted 520,000 shares of its Series A
Preferred Stock into 1,040,000,000 shares of Common Stock. As a result, Daily Success Development
Limited holds 2,340,000,000 Common Shares (56.30%) and 1,755,000 Series A Preferred Shares (56.25%).
Daily Success Development Limited is wholly owned by Shing Lee.
Effective July 1, 2021, Sally Lo converted 280,000 shares of its Series A Preferred Stock into 560,000,000
shares of Common Stock. As a result, Sally Lo holds 1,260,000,000 Common Shares (30.31%) and 945,000
Series A Preferred Shares (30.29%).
As a result of these conversions, the aggregate outstanding shares of Common Stock as of July 7, 2021 was
4,156,545,807.
