Although I'm not a lawyer however I do know that switching attornies in most cases means things are not going well and very likely they told Intel to settle. Intel most likely doesn't wanna settle so they hired new lawyers to continue to drag this out in the Courts. Intel has more money than the Pope so can afford all the lawyers they need.
I still feel something else is happening @ the Company otherwise why all this volume. I'm jumping in for more.:)

First, anything is possible but as I see it all one needs to do is look at the parties involved in the "construction hearing"...as I see this will give you your answer, other in that I can't PM here on IHUB with a free account except for Fridays between 4pm and 5....but can on my board elsewhere.
