#31030 RE: Knux #31013

Knux,

We've now crossed the threshold I've been waiting for and I can now purchase IQST below where I sold out several weeks back. Why would any rational person buy IQST over 50 cents when this is the price they've stated that they'll likely deliver several more millions of shares to the market at? It's Investing 101, and there's no counter balance of institutional buyside pressure to drive the stock higher (other than if they can buy it below 50 cents) especially when set against the broader "harvest my gains" mindset of the overall market. Plus I believe shorting/hedging/collaring of gains continues for some of those lucky front seat relationships that were able to molest the Company at 10 cents per share.

Until IQST demonstrates quantitatively that there's upside in their financial numbers during the second half of this year (and beyond), I think these continued "trust us it's coming" press releases from them talking about how many millions more dollars in revenue they may possibly earn if everything goes as planned, when contrast against how they fleeced their retail shareholder base with their recent 10 cent equity offering with their [friends and family office] institutional buddies, just doesn't cut it.

I plan to buy back in, just not yet. Will be interesting to see if we trade below 49 cents and if so, by how much...
