Right Finra has nothing to do with it and these fins for pinks are alternative reporting unaudited. You can go look at any company in the pinks and see fins filed with OTC and not SEC

Either way if filings were submitted today they should show tomorrow no later than Wednesday or this dude on Twitter is full of shit about his convo with CEO the Finra approval part is all in his head. Has nothing to do with loading filings or getting current.
