Who is saying that it is happening this week?

You keep asserting that folks are claiming it will be this week as a matter of fact. I don't think I've seen anyone claiming that.

What we have been saying is all the paper work has been filed, once SEC gets to them they should become current. Filed back in April, so should be getting to the review shortly, have to realize SEC is log jammed at t he moment with all of the "decent" companies trying to get current before the dead line. Also this will get a harder look do the status of the shell before it was bought. No worries my friend even if it takes another month, this is golden IMO.

If the CEO has the Codes then fins will post 1 to 2 days after uploaded To OTC markets they then have to be approved if everything is kosher that takes 5 to 10 days generally revisions are made during that process. I've been through this with several stocks just in the last 8 weeks. So expect fins and attny letter to post by Wednesday if they were uploaded today
