I doubt there is such a Max for OTC buys, it's definitely accumulation of some sort, from some entity or individual(s)... Trust the buying pressure, the more that buy in and hold, our floor rises with technicals. Couple that with company updates, and we get more upward movement. A share buyback is imminent, as already addressed by the CEO within the last couple of PRs and is to be completed in September, the question is, when did the buy back process start. Has it begun already? Or will it be announced and commence at that point.
