so... we are giving Aero's $1.5 mil. in a sense clearing this loan + give GGI about 60 million pre merger shares to recover the interest? (see that is why we need the CEO to come out and sort of tell us what that 1.5 mil to Aero is for and is the 700-800 locked up shares going to go away prior to the merger)
