Thanks, I now have more time to dedicated to DD for stocks in general. I'll be on the phone tomorrow. I did speak with a long time broker from one of my other accounts today. He stated MM short penny stocks all the time as long as they have the shares to cover. Nothing illegal about the practice as many on the boards claim. So HDSN is shorting CKYS to themselves plus some retail selling is my guess.
