You just have to be suspicious when the company was asked numerous times to clear it up and refused. There were simple questions asked here, emails to the company, Twitter direct questions, questions to IR-crickets from them. Shareholders have a right to answers, we don't have shareholder meetings, idiots for IR reps- BS when the company does speak . The recent firings show someone got pissed at all this and acted. The company won't get called out for BS, if there is no BS to call out. I am not making stuff up, I am reading directly from 8k's and fins. Be nice if if was as you think, and was very easy for the company to clear up. They didn't, and still haven't.

I think you are correct!

I think Grieco made the deal but when payments were completed someone dropped the ball on getting the paperwork done and the auditors would not let it slide without signatures on documents.

Kind of like buying a car if you will. You could pay someone for a car but until you get the title signed over you don't actually own it.

Also think that is the reason for the recent changes in management. People responsible dropped the ball. Grieco said enough is enough and asked for their resignations.

With the 8-K filed there is no doubt in my mind that the warrant issue is now in the rearview mirror. Looking forward to some good news this week on the U.K., O&G and Agriculture.

I haven't been around for a few days and missed this post.


I believe you're 100% spot on about the warrants Aandt.

Will probably see the warrants show on the balance sheet and associated derivatives in Q2 10q

With the filing of the 8K that stated the Warrants are cleared that will show up in subsequent events.


Almost can't wait for Q2 to say bullshit to those that say the warrants are still there.
