that is what they deserve. correct. But that will not happen. Largest settlement in history was 4.5 Billion Dollar and unfortunately I don´t see this one going higher. If we are lucky it is close to that. I hope I am wrong and it´s much higher, but I doubt. And I don´t want people to be disappointed, expecting 20 Billon and than we get "only" 2-5 billion, dumping the stock because they expected much more.
It will also be interesting what deal they do, if any, beside the cash settlement. This 600 Million purchase deal with SK Hynix is worth 1 Billion I have read. So maybe something else will add to constant income, what would be very good for the long term..
