I’m not saying that that is what will happen, but going strictly by what the note says, if he wanted to maximize how much money he makes out of the note, that’s what he would have to do. Keep the price as low as possible while he converts and then have the price be as high as possible when he sells. I didn’t draft the terms of the note, I’m just reading what it says.

There could of course also be other factors at play, and I’m all for seeing some news hit as soon as possible and for the PPS to go to .15.
