So again, what I posted are Facts. SHOM has no “filings”, they're not an SEC Registrant. They pay to submit disclosures on OTCMarkets (“pay-to-play”), a subscription-based, publicly traded for-profit company. OTCM is not a regulator, they don't vet disclosures for accuracy.
