If only the activism was for the benefit of shareholders and not the nominees. Rosenbaum couldn’t give two s**** about shareholders, no matter what propaganda his minions put out. He had to pay $18k for this fluff article apparently and he’ll want it back by forcing an IncellDX purchase. So strange none of his followers deny it.

Oh I thought his mutual fund was an effort to make some money. I suspect in some cases his efforts will be viewed as "noble" but change is not always good.

His mutual fund and article strongly suggests he would favor 13d regardless of how appropriate they would be.

He has a bias.
