yup better for management, all shareholders, and the health of the company in general; no shame in that that's pretty much the goal.

Nice position if a company is sitting on a pile of cash increasing every quarter, can always unload it on dividends as an alternative to a buyback but many shareholders would prefer an increase in their stock value and eps a buyback provides as opposed to the immediate tax implications of a dividend; assuming it's not reinvested anyways.

Again as noted by both of us, the conversation is mute with Relief even if they started rolling in alot of revenue immediately I can't see a buyback anywhere in their universe here. Just not a serious conversation for many reasons.

Just hit the reply button on this end as I've found I pretty much agree with all your posts, and just happen to disagree on this one with you. Though not relevant to Relief it was being discussed by others so it seemed fair game without being off topic.
