The activist candidates will be free to share more once the SEC clears the Proxy Materials recently filed. Until then, they are limited as to making a case for their candidacy. BTW, we do not know who will be nominated from the current BOD, so we will have to wait until the Proxy Solicitation Period begins to learn more. Each candidate will have to stand scrutiny from all sides.

Do the CYDY tag lines below have meaning or are they for show? If either were properly applied there would be no question that NP must go. NP is a proven liar. Does the whole Latin thing apply to all but the CYDY CEO?Fear of 13d is the enemy. Just dreaming up hypotheticals and not considering that 13 D shareholders simply recognize that NP must go before he does any more damage is their most likely objective. The conspiracy theories are nonsense.

Seriously, what is the FDA solution with NP.?Trotting out more testimonials on the recent CC shows FDA Nader is the same old NP. Doesn’t care about approvals, pump the stock and his salary and comp as long as possible.

See recent open book test questions on NP failures for the millionth time.

If SK did his fiduciary duty, we would not have this mess with the BOD and NP would be gone. You and many others admit Nader is a problem, but the fear of the unknown is palpable for no good reason besides the voices from Vancouver spreading FUD. See your tag lines for further fun reading.

Hookmeistr,

Frankly, their "plans" when the details are made clear, might be illuminating and provide hope but will be unenforceable.

NP has certainly given us lessons in " blue skies tomorrow" that come to naught. The difference, as I see it, he's generally sincere and trying to make these things happen. He's on a crusade and devoted to the cause. A lot doesn't (or hasn't ) come true, but at least he's trying.

I don't believe 13d has the same trajectory or motivation. They can promise anything they want, but what will actually transpire? If 13d gains control >>> they can pretty much do what they want.

Our only "weapon" is our vote providing there's a CytoDyn Inc (still controlling Leronlimab) still in existence next year.

By that time the control over Leronlimab's future might be gone or severely altered.

13d, IMO, is not the answer - but a devious threat to shareholders/believers like you and me.
