Great but last complaint was sent in 7-7-21 and not posted until 7-19-21 under docket 61168,case 08-13555 SC.

It is critcal of the court and judge will out of hand shoot it down for that reason alone..

I do not know why complaint does not mention Garrett Fail's initial crininal misrepresentations (in my opinion) from the start of this which casued us to be kicked to lower level than we should have been and put us out of the money.

This keeps getting dragged out as the money is drained out of this.
