No denials is not great news, it’s just good news. “rumors and approvals” is a funny combination of things, yes you are right the price will not go up on rumors, but approvals will have weight, crap that we wait and wait for them, one suspects the FDA is biased or/and our lobbyists are duds. “Even if...” you may have a point there. Yes, earnings. You are really right there. Do we get an end of 2nd qtr report soon, like in a month or so?

Shareholders buy on rumours and approvals all the time because they know to get in before the price take off.
No reason not to buy at these prices.
With their phenomenal progress.
Financials will help certainly but why wait when you know where this company going .
