Because if/when it comes back, there will be a very brief window to get it at a price where it could be accumulated en masse, because getting current after this grey interlude and resuming the same story line, you know the price will rise very fast. So if one wanted to take this gamble, getting the price down obviously allows doing so at little risk. So the best time to accumulate is between now and August 13. Not much time, so these caring folks are working overtime.
