Bullshit. There has been issues since that nothing "order" from 10/2019. Only 5% in over 5 years and most al of that for creditors as seen in the 12/15/20 8K filing:

Total bullshit. HHSE is able to issue shares.

Luckily the CEO does so only very slowly, in order to build the business.
