SGMA I never really liked the WAGZ deal. SGMA seems to be giving up so much of their profitable company. And if the info Wade has is correct, it really is hard to fathom... I mean the sales are paltry and they are probably losing money. Why whould they give up so much for such a little addition? I guess they like the technology, but seems like a big bet for a small company.
And maybe I'm reading too much into this, but it sounds like WAGZ may have recently lost some customers:
"Some of the specific drivers of the deal, including Wagz prospective customers, have changed since we first announced the deal. However, the opportunities remain as Wagz expects to launch the Wagz Freedom Smart Dog Collar ™ shortly, which will be manufactured by SigmaTron."
