Sort of as 9/28 is when SEC Rule 15c2-11 goes into effect. If ATNP gains compliance prior to 9/28 then we know we have something here. If not, then the marketing of the security will be pretty much as is as they are already on the grey list. The big impact will be those on the OTC with tardy filings etc.
