You aren't wrong. The risk reward is pretty great in the OTC. You can throw 1000 bucks on and sometimes it makes you rich.. rarely.. but sometimes, haha.

Yeah, losing the initial investment is no problem. Just the first time I received this notification. Hearing about going gray etc…Becoming current though should b a priority if they want to take this to Nasdaq.
