It’s not 100% fact but perhaps played a roll. The SEC was alerted of it. Either way I don’t care, but felt everyone complaining why this is taking so long we’ll, that’s your answer. The plan was to close it through Laho but with everything that happened the plan had to be re routed and reconfigured with the new vehicle. I’m not concerned this will now close with mssv.
