PCTL has a legit Investor Relations department; the last 2 days are proof. We have had all the warrants eliminated paid off—no future toxic debt.

I can't wait until next week. Awesome JV news; we are talking business news.

COUld it be an Ag JV, an Oil JV? If so, with whom do the partners bring to the table.

The PPS popping news is there. PCTL has had its new endeavors under wraps.
It now has a 5 star IR dept, serving their investor information and developments on all the media platforms professionally written and showcased.

There is only one reason to pay for the additional expense to upgrade to a professional IR firm. Obviously, because of the amazing growth coming PCTLs way, and PCTL wants PRs that are professional. PRs that do not raise more questions than it answers.
