Looks to be already added to the OS judging by the company website. Total shares reads 18.35 billion and Total Shares Out is 18.95 billion. Exactly 600,000,000 million according to the stock info on investor relations on company site. Looks like dilution not buy back. Will have to wait and see what happens.
