Yep, following the OTC script alright. Build the company off of current shareholders with dilution then reverse split and hope your the one in a million that can rise from the ashes of a RS. This always has been and still is a lottery ticket and until hes outta the picture this will have the same odds. The chart screams stinky pinky, something needs to change!
