How do you fire someone you promoted three times in a year and give her raises and shares. IMO this was pre planned by management.

The biggest problem with PCT was never its product.

Inadequate management (honestly from the top down) has held it back from being all that it could be. The main "problems" have been addressed and with the help of QUALIFIED and MOTIVATED replacements they can now be much more efficient and start realizing all that they can be as a company.

Time will tell, but I certainly like what I'm seeing from the new comms (thank you Mike) and from the company in general.

I believe the market will take notice and it will be a nice ride UP!
