What do you mean what’s going on?

This is a shell company that has a custodianship claim against it by a person Who has a successful record of custodianship to reverse mergers one most recent was TLIF and that was a nice payout

This is certainly not about investing in the shell company or it’s operations this is about a Custodianship play or a change in control leading up to a reverse merger

The folks who understand the cycle and how it works do well if the custodianship goes through. Many who are impatient or can’t wait out the process sell out and don’t do well. Yes there is always a risk a custodianship won’t go through yes there’s always a risk the reverse merger won’t go through. I like Petersons track record and willing to accept that risk. It has paid off nicely for me before. But it is very straightforward as a play.
