It my show up in a financial,not sure though. My guess has always been that he just bought her 380M shares and that was it--no other premium for the ticker. I'm guessing too he bought them about 40-50% below an average pps in that period leading up to the sale. IMO he got them for around 0.03/0.04,she would have banked around 15.2M at that pps.
But...he's probably seen $20M in value evaporate since 6/10. Down another 23 ticks today. If he doesn't move on this soon this hits 0.01 by labor day.
