It should begin late Q3 2021, so my guess latest in September. From my DD, the Phase 3 trial will only take 72 hours, and then a follow up 1 week an one month later. They are basically just applying the liquid pain killer to the open wounds of some test subjects and asking them on a scale from 1 to 10 what their pain is.
