+I knew ofd one company that entered into an audit with a reputable auditing firm...Short story...the auditor cancelled the audit....Next thing that happened qwa the company got delissted by th SEC "To prevent future investor." Didn't do anything for the current investors; they ended up with shares that were worthless because their share couldn't be traded...I believe they were allowedd a tax write-off for holding a security that was rendered worthless by the SEC.
