Market cap, if one includes the A-1 preferred shares (which convert into 4 shares of common for every share of common outstanding), is now:
$0.016*699,991,000*5 = $55,999,280
That's a pretty lofty number. I wonder what $55M company would want to go public via a reverse merger with a shell like SSOF with its interesting history?
But even if SSOF does manage to find a $55M suitor, that would only just justify the current price. What folks here are hoping for is a MUCH larger company -- maybe one worth half a billion or even several billion, so that there room for SSOF shares to move much higher in price.
