Eric Goldberg. Former 10% owner sold shares for 3 days. 200k+,700k+,900k+. 7/13,14 and 15th. Volume here is low. So for instance if it was today he sold a little less than 3/4 of the shares traded. Im not a technical person when it comes to trading but the day that came out just seemed odd like one person was moving the SP. Others had to buy obviously but long hand selling to short hand drove the price down. Again I'm not a technical trader and have pennies so don't take my word for anything. Just seemed that way to me ..
