Agree,,, This is more than a note sale. I do believe the note holder is selling but he can only sell so much on any given day. Also, at some point he has to let up or he risks eliminating 90% of all buying. Many who sell in disgust will not return & new people will just see a stock in ongoing decline.
Everything I see points to obvious price manipulation. Just like institutions do with big board stocks, drive it down & buy!
