The good thing about if he actually had that many shares is that he states that he has sold approx. 60% of said shares in the last month or two and into stronger hands. A few people like this is the most likely reason that the SP is not over .10 now.

It looks as if things are coming together nicely and we will all be happy within the next month or two.

However, I could sell 1000000 shares for each penny the stock goes up until it's over $.50, and would STILL have over 25M left.
