Yes, you are correct, the ‘safe harbor’ provisions protect Elite and all Cos from forward looking projections. It does not however, provide any protection for nefarious fiduciary or illegal acts.

I'm not see anything that suggest Nasrat needs to rely on "Safe Harbor" to get himself out of anything, as I see no one going after him !!!!!!!!!
