For all these years, Armen said they couldn’t get traditional loans with banks becuz they are not SEC reporting. This is simply BS. It’s because he didn’t want to get traditional loans... he wanted to get free money by converting shares...

Close, but not quite right. To become SEC reporting again they also need to file ALL of the missing reports between the 15-12G effective date and now. So it is a big task, but not insurmountable. Throw a few lackies at it.
