It is not fraudulent, they are associated with STHC in some capacity no? The website doesn't say they are going to merge into it, all it says is there is a relationship. People on the OTC thing anything is fraud, the fact is very little is fraud in the legal sense. You can call it unethical all you want, can call it misleading even, but no not fraud.
At the end of the day Mark was clear, Schatzi may merge in it may not.
