Obviously you don’t understand nor care to understand what the intention is for the possible use of additional shares. No dilution until used. If used, the dilution would be neutralized by a valuable acquisition which would add value and another arm for revenue growth at a time when strategy is everything in a competitive growth industry.
I believe that enough “smart” investors will easily pass the additional shares. Tilray will continue to gain market share, revenue and profit.
