JPS owners far more conservative than Common holders (within the world of speculation - that is why they chose JPS v common)

so bad news - and news that puts dividends in doubt and or far far away are of the nature for those holders to destroy value --- for THEM --- relative to prior to SCOTUS expectations

SCOTUS - for those holders of JPS - really beat up on their logic to own
