#15952 RE: Implanting #15951

Totally agree, over 3 million looks very probable now and who knows, maybe it will rival Springpole when all is said and done. One huge plus First Mining has is that we are further along in the process. That being said, Auteco seems to be moving things along more quickly than most other outfits I have seen in the junior space. It is obvious they have experience. I am not going to get into the relative merits of the deal as I think other recent posts have covered this topic sufficiently.

Let us hope that drilling turns up some good numbers at Cameron and Springpole. How many rigs are drilling at Cameron? I know they are hard to come by now, but wouldn't we be planning our drilling a year or so in advance and putting deposits down on the equipment leases? Just seems odd that Auteco secures 4 or 5 rigs and we have 1 or 2. I could see just 1 at Springpole, but as more of an uknown I would expect more rigs at Cameron unless it was heavily drilled in the past (which I don't recall ever reading about). I know since it was a past producing mine there is a good idea of where to start, but it seems like more drilling would be needed than what is planned. I could be wrong on this, so if someone has more information on this please post.

If First Majestic is concerned about jurisdictional risk, acquisition of First Mining seems like a good move now that they have ventured into the gold space and dropped the "one country, one metal" mantra. In addition, some First Majestic personnel other than KN are already familiar with the First Mining projects.
