Looks to be only available in NY...I think he is getting money from a friend or partner for expansion. They are going to get a hell of a deal. Not too big a deal to me.since he already retired 10million dollars worth of shares earlier this year. This 6 should clean up the books. The shares haven't actually been sold yet and not really much of a guarantee they will be dumped... particularly if they are a friend and believer in the CEO
